8:30 a.m. registration. 9:00 a.m. play begins. 5:00 p.m. Play concluded. 
 
Teams of 4 players made up of 2 ladies and 2 men play ties of a men’s doubles, a
ladies’ doubles and two mixed doubles in a round robin format with the other
teams in your division. (Each player could have 10 matches.) 
 
We will use seven courts so there is a limit of 14 teams for this event. Two
members of your team will be on the court all the time.  
 
Two divisions: Last year the stronger teams were pooled together in separate
divisions of 4 teams and then there was a playoff round. The other 6 teams were in their own division. In the stronger division, the teams competed with top club
players. In the other division, there were some first time tournament players and
more juniors. 
 
No age restrictions – junior, senior or master.
 
Mavis 300 yellow nylon birds will be provided. Feather birds can be used “by
agreement” by both teams.

The cafeteria will be open with lunches for purchase available by Chef Ehab.
 
Please register by February 22nd, 2025.
 
Entry fee: $40.00 per player payable on line or at the door. E transfers must be received by Wed. Feb 26th
